What this website collects
The only information this site collects is what you type into the quote request form: your name, organization, work email, phone number, the service and frequency you select, an optional route description, and your message. We also record the page address the form was sent from.
This site does not use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics cookies.
Please do not send protected health information through this website. The quote form is not a secure channel for patient data. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses, insurance identifiers, or any other protected health information. If you need to discuss a specific patient shipment, call dispatch at 914-496-9631 or use the secure channel agreed in your Business Associate Agreement.
How form submissions are handled
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards the message to our business email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a processor for that delivery. We do not authorize it to use your information for any other purpose. Our business email is hosted on a commercial provider under that provider's own security terms.
How we use your information
We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, administer the service. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to three years so we can honor prior quotes and answer follow-up questions. Records connected to an active contract are retained for the period required by that contract, by our insurers, and by applicable law. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
Protected health information
When Spence Logistics LLC transports material containing protected health information for a covered entity or business associate, that relationship is governed by the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules and by an executed Business Associate Agreement, not by this website policy. Our handling of PHI in transit follows written procedures covering custody, packaging, access, incident reporting, and breach notification. Those procedures are available to clients and prospective clients on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what inquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lamont@spencelogistics.online and we will respond within thirty days. New York residents have rights under the New York SHIELD Act regarding the security of private information, and we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards accordingly.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. If you would prefer the site not contact Google Fonts at all, tell us and we can self-host the font files.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this site.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
